FAQ

  • How is NLX different from other conversational AI platforms?

Many out-of-the-box vendors offer simple chatbot solutions for basic support. NLX offers a robust platform that can tackle unscripted conversations or structured workflows for any channel or modality without the need for code. Our origins began with supporting complex needs for enterprise customers, so our platform offers features for any use case.

  • Do I need to have an AWS or GCP account to use NLX?

No. Use of NLX includes a proprietary NLP and NLU so you can seamlessly build a chat-based conversational application. If, however, you have a preference for a cloud vendor, CCaaS, or specific NLP or LLM provider, NLX supports easy integration.

  • Is NLX free to use?

Yes. Building with the platform is free. Once you deploy your conversational AI application outside of the platform, each logged conversation follows our pricing structure, as outlined here.
